1. Promoter
This prize draw (“Competition”) is run by Feel Good Financial (“the Promoter”) in partnership with Leeds Knights (“the Club”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Feel Good Financial, the Leeds Knights, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Proof of age and eligibility may be required.

3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must:

• Complete the official online form on the Feel Good Financial website; and

• Use the form to book and subsequently attend an appointment with one of our mortgage and protection advisers.

3.2 Entrants must provide valid, accurate, and complete contact details.
3.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
3.4 No purchase is necessary; however, attendance at the booked appointment is required for entry to be valid.
3.5 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

4. Competition Period
4.1 The Competition opens on Sunday 1st February 2026.
4.2 The closing date for entries is Tuesday 31st March 2026 (“Closing Date”).
4.3 The winner will be selected at random on Friday 3rd April 2026.

5. The Prize
5.1 One winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Leeds Knights home game of their choice in 2026, subject to availability.
5.2 Tickets are valid for home games only during the 2026 season and must be redeemed in accordance with instructions provided.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 Travel, accommodation, food, beverages, and any other additional expenses are not included.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Closing Date.
6.2 The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided before Friday 10th April 2026.
6.3 The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification.
6.4 If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. Appointment Requirement
7.1 Entry is conditional upon attending the booked mortgage and protection appointment.
7.2 If an entrant fails to attend their scheduled appointment (without rearranging and attending an alternative within the Competition period), their entry will be void.
7.3 Booking an appointment does not create any obligation to purchase products or services.

8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the Competition and arranging the prize.
8.3 By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may contact them in relation to their appointment booking and Competition entry.

9. Publicity
9.1 The Promoter may request that the winner participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Competition, including use of their first name and general location (e.g., town or city). Participation is voluntary.

10. Liability
10.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, or changes to fixtures by the Club or venue.

11. General
11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
11.3 The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
