Through accessible counselling services, peer support hubs and wellbeing workshops, Unmasked Mental Health supports adults facing challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, bereavement and life transitions. The charity also works alongside employers, offering workplace wellbeing training and mental health support initiatives to help organisations create healthier, more understanding environments for their teams.
By combining professional expertise with genuine empathy, Unmasked Mental Health is creating meaningful change — encouraging open conversations and ensuring people no longer have to struggle alone.
A snapshot of the services available you
Unmasked Mental Health is a UK-based charity dedicated to breaking down stigma and making mental health support accessible to everyone. With a compassionate, community-focused approach, they provide safe spaces and professional services designed to help individuals feel heard, supported and empowered.
-
Unmasked Mental Health offers the opportunity for people to connect with others, learn new skills and improve your wellbeing.
Held in welcoming hub spaces, indoor sessions include everything from creative arts and games to relaxed coffee mornings and wellbeing chats. They’re open to all and designed to be pressure-free and inclusive.
Most activities are free or low cost to attend, and there’s no need for a referral - just have a browse of what’s on in your area via the Unmasked website: https://www.unmaskedmentalhealth.co.uk/wellbeing-activity-groups/

Unmasked Mental Health Support Hubs are for anyone; they are a safe and comfortable space where you are free to talk about your own mental health – or not as you see fit, the choice is always yours.
The Hub sessions are informal and relaxed and are true ‘peer support’ groups (meaning you receive support from each other, not therapy specialists). All groups are led by a facilitator and sometimes a co-facilitator, whose role is to encourage the group to develop and flourish in a safe, non-judgemental and inclusive way.
-
The charity offers a series of mental health training workshops designed for the general public. Delivered by a fully qualified mental health trainer, these sessions cover a variety of important topics to help individuals better understand and support their own mental health and that of others.
These sessions are low-cost – part of their commitment to making mental health support and education accessible to all.
